Stratt Apparel Return Policy

Unworn merchandise only
15% restocking fee for all returns
30 days to return merchandise for an exchange or refund
All returns must have an RMA #, supplied by Stratt Apparel
Stratt Apparel will honor returns (and waive restocking fees) for defective products or products shipped due to company error
All refunds are processed through method which payment was received

Unworn merchandise purchased within the last 30 days can be returned for merchandise credit, a refund, or a product exchange. Any refunds processed will be completed by the same method as used for the purchase. Stratt Apparel will not, for any reason, make a refund to a credit card other than the credit card used for the original purchase. Credits will be processed only for merchandise purchased. Stratt Apparel will not refund shipping or handling charges unless returns are made due to company error or product issues. Orders returned for any reason other than a mis-shipment or product defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, taken out of the return. Orders paid by check, money order, or corporate credit will be refunded by check. Please contact Stratt Apparel electronically or by calling 1-888-688-3336 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA number.
